Full Job Description

  • Plan and deliver engaging singing lessons for students aged 6-18, including musical theatre and pop.

  • Teach singing, dance, and drama to a Minis class (4-5 years).

  • Foster a positive and supportive learning environment.

  • Encourage creativity, confidence, and self-expression.

  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall student experience.

    Passion for working with children and young people, and nurturing their creativity.

  • Demonstrable passion for the performing arts.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Ability to inspire and motivate students.

  • Willingness to collaborate with other teachers and staff.

  • Adaptable and able to tailor teaching methods to individual student needs.

  • Commitment to Razzamataz's values and ethos.


    • Desirable Criteria:
  • Qualifications in performing arts, teaching, or singing/vocal pedagogy.

  • Evidence of commitment to CPD related to the role.

  • Professional performance credits.
