The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a real estate background, with strong market knowledge.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Collecting information about a property and arranging for the appropriate marketing materials to be created
• Monitor agent listings and ensure properties are clearly visible on property portals such as Property Finder, Bayut and Dubbizzle
• Creating and attending property valuations and viewing
• Negotiating with prospective buyers and clients
• Building on existing relationships and building network
• Following all company generated leads
• Self-generating leads through cold calls, marketing, and networking
• Keeping up to date with market trends in the local property market

Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous real estate experience
• Strong sales skills
• Strong market knowledge and awareness of property trends
• Ability to use social media for personal branding
• Proven sales results
• Eagerness to learn new knowledge and easily adapt
