Full Job Description

As our Senior Buyer you will be proactively leading the procurement of all materials for allocated projects in line with the agreed procurement strategy, ensuring best value solutions for the business to meet the technical and delivery requirements of the project. Supporting the wider business strategy and deliver effective solutions on key procurement initiatives. This will be achieved by:

  • Collaborating closely with key stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure alignment of procurement activities. Guaranteeing compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements at every stage

  • Strengthening and developing supplier relationships, monitoring performance and efficiency as well as identifying opportunities for cost saving

  • Accurately track all procurement activity producing regular updates and reports for the project and wider procurement team
