We seek a highly motivated, dynamic and enthusiastic leader to support our Head of Department in driving progress, outcomes, and the learning experience. The successful applicant will demonstrate proven leadership skills and have a thorough understanding of how to ensure all students make good and outstanding progress together with a strong track record of achievement. Of most importance will be your ability to inspire and develop a team, and to generate excitement and engagement in Science for all learners.
