Full Job Description

As the Residential Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the growth and success of one of our oldest and most established offices.

You will oversee and support the sales team day-to-day operations while fostering a culture of excellence and client satisfaction.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

· Improving branch performance.

· Coaching and mentoring a team and assisting with training initiatives.

· Conducting market appraisals and valuations.

· Winning business.

· Marketing reviews and updates with the clients.

· Client care, building and maintaining professional relationships.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Estate Agency Sales Manager looking to join our team and help drive the success of our multiple branches. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic sales team and contribute to the growth of our company., · Estate Agency: 5 years required

· 12 months Estate Agency experience at either Valuer level or above

· 1/2 years' Experience of managing a team

· Confident in your ability to succeed

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

· Knowledge of the Leicestershire area

· Hungry and passionate about property

· A love for winning business

· Full driving licence and access to own vehicle.

· Sharp, enthusiastic, and accountable.

· Working knowledge of Microsoft packages and good keyboard skills.

Full time, Monday - Friday, 9am-5.30pm, alternate Saturdays 9am-1pm, time back in lieu.

Salary - £35,000 basic, an OTE of £50,000, Commission and Bonus Structure, OTE £50,000
