Full Job Description

  • CRM Project Set-up and Work Completion Certificate Generation

  • Sales Order Contract Execution

  • Arranging pre-start meetings, preparing documentation & issue of minutes

  • Raising of all project Purchase Orders

  • Raising of all Sub-Contract Orders & maintaining Logs

  • Stock material requests & replenishment (where required)

  • Management of the administrational process for all projects in your team

  • Programme updates and requirements

  • Create, print and deploy all site files for the Project team

  • Assisting the Project Management team with the management, compliance and closure of all Key Stages & documentation

  • Raising of all sub-contractor payment certificates for sign off by the Project Manager

  • Dealing with all invoice queries

  • Project documentation creation

  • System control and uploads

  • Producing weekly cost reports for all projects within the team and tracking profitability

  • Organising surplus material returns to the suppliers

  • Create project Files

  • Scan & Filing of all project returns

  • Responsible for the upkeep of business logs

    We are currently looking for an experienced Administrator to join our fast paced, busy Project team. The role requires a self-motivated, committed individual who has excellent organisation skills, proficient with Microsoft Office package and is able to communicate effectively, both written and verbally with colleagues, clients and suppliers across various sectors.

    UpNorth Group Ltd are an award winning, market-leading group of specialist building services based on the Team Valley Trading Estate in Gateshead.

    The role is Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm with a salary of up to £27,000 + benefits.
