Full Job Description

Orka is a mechanical and electrical contractor delivering design, installation and maintenance building engineering services. We primarily work in the commercial, education and residential sectors and enjoy using innovation within our day-to-day work. Role Responsibilities

  • Efficiently allocate work to the service engineering delivery team.

  • Operate and maintain our CMMS (JobLogic).

  • Plan delivery dates with clients and our team.

  • Follow and apply Company QES procedures.

  • Presents a positive image of the Company during external discussions.

  • Build and maintain relationships with our customers and residents.

  • Operating the contact and communication systems with Customers and Residents.

  • Support company central admin/operational team.


  • Duties
  • Operate and maintain our CMMS (JobLogic).

  • Plan reactive and planned delivery dates with clients and our team.

  • Prioritise, plan and allocate works to Engineering team, understanding skill requirements for the task.

  • Provide information to stakeholders in relation to our job activities.

  • Produce internal and external operational reports and performance indicator data

  • Work with the engineering team to understand the documents that need to be included on the document management system/library.

  • Check critical spare stock and liaise with engineering team to replenish as required.

  • Liaise with clients and attend meetings as required.

  • Assist the team to deliver contractual requirements.

  • Review job sheets for additional works and check spelling and grammar.

    High level of organisational skills

  • Ability to communicate with internal team members and external client representatives.

  • Self-motivated, ability to problem solve and work within a team.

  • Competent using Microsoft software, especially Word and Excel.

  • Knowledge of services and maintenance processes and CMMS., maintenance planning: 1 year (required)
