We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team in the new role of People Services Administrator within our People Services team here at Housing 21.

Within the role you will provide an effective People Services administration service to the business, in line with the organisation's policies and agreed practices. To enable managers to carry out their people management role effectively, by providing basic advice on People Services administrative processes.

While this role is home based you will need to travel into the Head Office in Birmingham as and when required, so you will need to live within a commutable distance.

The requirements for the role include:

  • Experience in a fast paced administration role

  • Good working Knowledge of Word and Excel

  • Experience in HR administration across a broad range of activities (desirable)

  • Front line Customer Service Experience (desirable)

  • Experience of working with a HR and or ticketing electronic system (desirable)

  • A basic awareness of employment law e.g. right to work/DBS (desirable)

  • Business Administration Level 3 or equivalent related qualification (desirable)

  • Working towards / willing to work towards CIPD Level 3 (desirable)
