Full Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, including monthly VAT claim, invoicing new customers. Managing a waiting list. Market our student HMO and ensure contracts and agreements are all in place., Perform data entry to record day-to-day financial transactions
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial records
- Prepare financial reports and summaries for review
- Utilize Xero for bookkeeping tasks
- Answer & make phone calls, Debt managemenT.
- Type correspondence and documents as needed
- Assist with other administrative and clerical tasks as required
- Maintain organized financial records

Proven experience in bookkeeping or related field
- Proficiency in computerized accounting systems, especially Xero
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Knowledge of basic administrative tasks,

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred), Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

    This is a very flexible roll that could work between school runs. you will only need to come into the office infrequently/1/2month!

    Pay: £20.00-£30.00 per hour

    Expected hours: 2 - 8 per week,
