We are a dynamic Accountancy Business, committed to delivering exceptional strategic advice and solutions to our clients. Our team is expanding, and we are currently seeking a highly organised, proactive, and dedicated Office Assistant to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, supporting our staff, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our business processes., Provide administrative support to our team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.

- Handle incoming correspondence, ensuring prompt and professional communication.

- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock, anticipating needs, and placing orders.

- Support the organization of company events, workshops, and conferences.

- Contribute to the maintenance of office systems, including data management and filing.

- Offer general support to visitors and assist in creating a welcoming office environment.

Proven experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, or in another relevant administrative role.

- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).

- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.

- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.,

  • Certificate of Higher Education (required), Customer service: 2 years (required)

  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
