Full Job Description

As a Mental Health Recovery worker for NIHCSS your caseload will involve supporting our community clients in Central Norwich or South Norfolk and our supported clients in Norwich NR2.

  • Are you tenacious and proud of the work you do?, As a Mental Health Recovery Support Worker at NIHCSS, you will have your own caseload and support individuals to engage in the service, to achieve their goals and aspirations through individual key work, targeted recovery outcome focused interventions and person centred planning.


  • As a Mental Health Recovery Support Worker, you will provide support utilising your fully flexible and personalised approach, acting as a support navigator to make creative use of the resources available to you

    As a Mental Health Recovery Support Worker, you will empower individuals to exercise choice and control and work alongside people to develop and review robust assessments, safety management plans and recovery support plans.

    NIHCSS is a partnership between Together for Mental Wellbeing and St Martins Housing. We support people over the age of 18 who have severe, complex and enduring mental health needs.

    We are looking for a full time Recovery Worker who can provide support across our threde Norwich sites in NR2.

    37.5 HOURS - BASIC SALARY £22826.31 + RECRIOTMENT & RETENTION ALLOWANCE £1066.65 = £23,892.96

    £55 ADDITIONAL PAY FOR EACH SLEEP IN SHIFT - TWO MINIMUM PER MONTH = ADDITIONAL £1320 PER YEAR! OPPORTUNITY FOR OVERTIME IF YOU WISH.

    THIS ROLE MAY INVOLVE SLEEP IN SHIFTS IF ADDITIONAL COVER IS REQUIRED .
