Full Job Description

  • Helping with the internal marketing at institutions and employers' premises to ensure displays/signage are present and correct.

  • Providing information for reports, analyzing the effectiveness of campaigns, and proactively monitoring other IoT activity to support idea generation.

  • Assisting with the administration of SEO activity, ensuring that best practice is adhered to, and in line with the digital marketing strategy.

  • Monitoring online activity for WEIoT and reporting to management

  • Supporting the production, administration, monitoring and reporting of email activity, through MailChimp.

  • Support the team in the organisation of events and provide input into the planning and execution.

  • Assist in the production of event material including promotional material and signage.

  • Act as a first point of contact at events, welcoming guests to events.
