Full Job Description

Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business needs

- Manage recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring candidates

- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation

- Implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards

- Handle employee related issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions and performance management

- Maintain employee records and company records

-Stay updated on employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance

- Collaborate with management across the business to ensure proper practice

- Provide HR support and guidance to employees and managers

- Process payroll for all staff members including SMP, SSP, SPP

- Oversee, update and implement health and safety standards across the company

- Liaise with internal and external teams regarding HR matters when necessary

  • Bachelor's (preferred), HR: 2 years (required)

    Job Types: Part-time, Permanent


  • Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

    Expected hours: 30 - 37.5 per week,
