Customer Service Representative

WorkwithYork are working with our local authority client to find Customer Service Representatives to work within their busy and fast-paced department in York., This role involves:
- Answering in-bound telephone calls from customers subscribing to the garden waste subscription scheme.
- Processing information and data in a timely manner.

Have strong administration and customer service skills particularly showing patience and understanding of others.
- Have effective listening skills and good keyboard skills.
- Be organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Have the ability to converse and provide advice and guidance in a confident manner.

This is a temporary 3-month assignment full time, 37 hours per week Monday to Friday based in Headquarter offices in York City Centre.

£12.77 per hour with weekly pay, holiday pay and pension with online timesheets.
