To contribute to our exciting future and become part of our team, apply today., · The candidate will take part in the weekly colorectal MDT amd will be expected to undertake colorectal cancer resections
· Provision of clinical leadership in the delivery of a high quality emergency surgical service.
+ Participate in relevant audit and quality assurance processes, including reviews of manpower requirements.
+ Be involved in research
+ All Consultants will be required to undertake a minimum of one 360 appraisal in a five year period to comply with the Revalidation process.
+ The successful applicant will be expected to participate fully in the annual job planning review to be eligible for pay progression.
+ Trust has an established formal development programme for newly appointed consultants including a mentorship approach to settling down as a new consultant.
