Full Job Description

The Connectivity Services Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and managing the delivery of connectivity services to our businesses, working closely with our global partner and third-party vendors.

Your objectives and responsibilities will focus on…

  • Coordinating and managing the delivery of connectivity services to our clients, ensuring that the services are delivered according to the project scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.

  • Working closely with our global partner and third-party vendors, to establish and maintain effective relationships, negotiating and monitoring service level agreements, and ensuring that the partner and vendors are compliant with the contractual and technical requirements.

  • Collaborating with key stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports on the status and performance of the connectivity services, addressing any issues or concerns, and soliciting feedback and suggestions.

  • Creating and maintaining documentation and records related to the connectivity services, such as reports, schedules, invoices, contracts, etc., using Excel and other office-based applications.

  • Identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement and optimisation of the connectivity services, such as cost reduction, quality enhancement, process streamlining, etc.

    Experience in a similar role, managing and coordinating connectivity services or network projects.

  • Working with global partners and third-party vendors, negotiating and monitoring service-level agreements.

  • Using Excel and other office-based applications to create and maintain reports, schedules, and creating plans.

  • Knowledge of working within ITIL, and PRINCE environments.

  • Demonstrable experience of taking ownership of a project through the design and implementation of that project.

  • Experience collaborating cross-team to ensure successful delivery of solutions.

  • Understanding of network protocols including TCP/IP and networking equipment including routers, switches, and wireless systems.
