Clinical Pharmacist - Neurosciences

Due to the substantive post holder being seconded to our ePMA implementation team, we have an exciting opportunity for a motivated, enthusiastic Clinical Pharmacist to join our patient-focused and progressive Neurosciences Pharmacy team.
The post holder will have the opportunity to provide clinical pharmacy services and medicines management to patients on our inpatient neurology and neurosurgical wards and play an integral role as part of the MDT, ensuring that a sustainable, high quality pharmacy service is provided to our patients in Cardiff and Vale.
The post holder will be supported in developing their practice by our experienced Lead Pharmacist for Neurosciences and the excellent team of professionals working within the Neurosciences Directorate., As a Clinical Pharmacist working in the Adult Neurosciences team, you will have an integral role in providing high-quality specialist pharmacy services to patients in Cardiff and Vale.
You will lead by example and will be responsible for the training and development of less experienced team members, as well as Medical and Nursing colleagues.
Your professionalism, excellent inter-personal skills and enthusiasm, will equip you to be a valued contributor to our service and to develop to be a key member of our Clinical Pharmacy team., Applicants are invited to apply in Welsh. Please be advised that there is a temporary top up for Bands 1,2 and 3 to reflect the incorporation of the top up to the living wage of £12 per hour - £23,465 per annum.
