Cleaner

As a Service Cleaner, you will be an integral member of the property servicing team, working to clean recently vacated or voided properties and return them to an excellent standard ready for the property to be put back into use. You will be travelling across North London in a company vehicle, attending and servicing a list of properties. Opportunities are available for both drivers and non-drivers., Taking instructions from maintenance department regarding daily schedule of cleaning jobs
- Full clean of vacant/void units
- Carpet and floor cleaning
- Bathroom and kitchen cleaning (cupboards/ oven/ fridge/ cooker/ bath/ shower/ toilet/ sinks)
- Graffiti removal
- Upholstery cleaning
- Halls, stairs and landing cleaning
- Disposing of unwanted items and rubbish
- Removal of personal belongings to be taken to warehouse
- Notifying Head Office of any repairs needed at property
- Completing jobs with the set service level agreements
- Reporting back to Manager with progress reports and completed jobs
- Accurate collation of data for each job (photos/ videos)
- Prioritisation of works carried out
- Any other relevant duties as requested by the company
- Updating information on PDA system
- To comply with S&P policies and to carry out any duties that may reasonably be required.

Knowledge and experience working in temporary and emergency accommodation would be highly beneficial
- Experience with managing vulnerable individuals and managing HMO properties
- DBS / Police checked
- Full UK Driving License
- Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively in a high-pressure environment
- Close attention to detail
- Strong administrative skills
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Working on own initiative without close supervision and as part of a team
- Work flexibly to meet the varying demands of the role in order to achieve agreed outcomes
