Full Job Description

Reporting to the Site Supervisor at our Thames office based in Dagenham and covering the wider Thames area, working as part of a team, Vehicle Inspectors carry out visual checks and auditing of new motor vehicles arriving at local docks to support the maintenance of quality for our clients. Use of a handheld scanner to record information and capture images is required, as will reporting via the main computer.

  • Permanent contract - 37.5 hours per week with occasional overtime.

  • Current pay rate is £12.00 per hour, with unsociable hours premium.

  • Hours are variable, mainly between 7.00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday but with some weekend working required.

  • Three month probation period applies.

  • Full training provided - no previous experience required.

  • Full, clean UK driving licence required.
