Full Job Description
As a Transport Support Pool Co-ordinator, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You will undertake work in the marine defence and commercial sectors.
Day-to-day, you'll book, issue, and return Ministry of Defence (MoD) vehicles.
- Inspect vehicles and ensure that defect/accident damage is reported.
- Ensure that all vehicle usage records (ATUDS) are audited and filed and any discrepancies or misuse is escalated.
- This position involves manual work. This could include lifting, bending, using tools or standing for extended periods of time.
- Working Knowledge of JSP800 (MoD Vehicle fleet policy) preferable.
- MoD Motor Transport Supervisor trained would be preferable but can be completed once in post.
- Experience using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- GCSE's/O Levels A-C in Maths and English.
- NVQ 3 or equivalent qualification in Business, administration, or another relevant subject.

This role is full time, 35 hours per week and is based on site at Plymouth, Devon.

Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) clearance for this role.
