This role will require you to be highly driven, creative and passionate when it comes to training, business change, and innovative communications. You will have the autonomy to explore new methods of engagement and content creation, bringing creative flair to training plans and change communications.
You must have the ability to work autonomously, an ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders, have excellent facilitation skills, a keen interest in training content creation, Change Management, communication methods and practices, and a strong attention to detail with proven skills in prioritisation and organisational skills.
What you need to do
Drive innovative ways to engage with colleagues, experimenting with new techniques and tooling to support the delivery of training and communication in new and exciting ways, reflecting industry best practise and direction of travel to best meet the needs of our diverse colleague teams. Be prepared to test and learn and react appropriately
Collaborate across multiple cross functional areas to create engaging and exciting training content and communication deliverables, working directly with the Project team and business stakeholders to scope out requirements and identify the most appropriate solution
Communicate and partner effectively with a wide range of stakeholders and colleagues, keeping others well informed and taking time to listen to stakeholders and act on feedback
Deliver effective change management documentation e.g: workstream plans, status update reports and change requirements, where required
Coordinate delivery of engagement, awareness and training activities and events
Continually assessing, developing and improving training, engagement and communication content and delivery
Coordinate the collection of feedback from end users in relation to change adoption, communication and training and act on feedback to improve engagement and uptake of colleagues
Provide advice, support and guidance to the wider Change and Improvement teams to improve the skills of the teams in relation to communicating and training effectively
Support others in the creation of project, programme and change communications and engagement materials

Creative, reactive and confident individual with a passion for creating communications and training content
Working knowledge of a variety of creative media and technology
Proven experience in either training, change management or communications role, with demonstrable experience of engaging users in new ways of working
Passionate about creativity, with a strong understanding of design principles and the ability to use the power of visual and words to influence
Familiarity with common project and change management methodologies is desirable
Strong written communication skills. Ability to write correspondence, training manuals, handouts, and step by step training procedures
Have high attention to detail, commitment to testing, trialling, observing and re-developing solutions to ensure a great end colleague experience
Personable, relatable character- able to build positive relationships with a diverse set of colleagues. Able to build effective, collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
Excellent planning skills and able to manage competing priorities, working effectively under pressure
Demonstrated pro-activeness, perseverance and resilience in achieving business outcomes
Able to lead multiple projects simultaneously and at pace, planning workload, time and commitments effectively
Confident working independently and as part of a team
