Full Job Description

  • Assist in leading technical projects and the implementation of new business initiatives and technologies within Aseptic Service.

  • Provide support to the Technical Manager in technical matters, ensuring optimal operation and troubleshooting of processes.

  • Collaborate with the commercial department on technical aspects of new business development.

  • Assist in the production process when required, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory standards.

  • Contribute to the creation, approval, and strict implementation of production operation instructions.

  • Support in the qualification, maintenance, and validation of department premises and equipment.

  • Assist in ensuring that all necessary training for department personnel is conducted effectively and updated as needed.

  • Actively research and evaluate new technologies and methods to enhance the efficiency, quality, and performance of Aseptic Services.

  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives, identifying areas for process optimisation and proposing innovative solutions to improve operational effectiveness and regulatory compliance.

  • Proactively support other departments during peak periods to ensure smooth business operations.

    Proven experience in a technical role within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industry.

  • Strong knowledge of GMP and GDP.

  • Ability to work autonomously and make informed decisions.

  • Effective communication skills, comfortable interacting with various managerial levels.

  • GCSE grades A-C (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
