Steriliser Process Engineer

Join our team as a Process Engineer within the sterilisation engineering team, where you will play a vital role in enhancing productivity and efficiency while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Reporting to the Warehouse & Sterilisation Leader, you will be at the forefront of engineering activities, contributing to the improvement of plant facilities and processes.,

• Review plans, designs, and improvements for new projects and processes.


• Recommend and complete modifications to equipment to enhance productivity and efficiency.


• Provide technical support in the installation, modification, repair, and maintenance of sterilisation equipment.


• Ensure safe operation and maintenance of steriliser and autoclave equipment.


• Stay updated on Health and Safety legislation and ensure compliance.


• Minimize downtime by responding to call-outs and taking emergency action.


• Prepare project schedules and cost estimates for manufacturing improvements.

  Degree in engineering or HNC with a strong engineering background.


• Management studies qualification preferred.


• Experience in high-volume environments, preferably in medical device manufacturing.


• Proficient in fault rectification, process innovation, and project management.


• Familiarity with maintenance, Quality Control, Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.


• Ability to embrace and inspire change, lead personnel, and manage budgets effectively.
