Full Job Description

We're excited to share a new opportunity in our facilities team! We're looking for dedicated site service cleaners to help us maintain a clean and welcoming environment for all our staff and visitors.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of their work. From ensuring all areas are dusted and polished to perfection, to maintaining our restrooms and common areas, your role is crucial in creating a positive first impression, while ensuring all site areas are always maintained to an audit-ready standard and a place we can all be proud of.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Complete the daily operational plan for their designated department.

  • Escalate any production issues to the Team Leader as required.

  • Comply with company and legislative health & safety, food safety, and personal hygiene procedures and regulations.

  • Learn company procedures and ensure that they are followed correctly at all times.

  • Strive to do their best every day by trying to exceed performance and improve standards.

  • Ensure that agreed GMP standards are maintained, and green results are achieved on weekly audits by the technical team.

  • Have a flexible attitude to work and work in other areas of the factory as required.

  • To be representative of the company's high standards at all times and to conduct yourself in a professional and positive manner.

  • Any other task as reasonably requested by their line manager.

    No experience is required, however previous experience in a Food Production, Factory, or Warehouse environment would be advantageous.

  • Full training will be given to operate safely.

  • Basic Literacy & numeracy levels - able to speak in English.

  • Good reliability and good timekeeping.

  • Conscientious with a good ability to communicate with others.

  • Willingness to learn and be a good team player.

  • Leads by example and contributes to a positive working environment.

  • Takes co-operative, enthusiastic, and orderly approach, helping to complete production tasks when required.

  • Flexible approach with ability to carry out a wide variety of tasks and adapt to the changing needs of the Company.
