Full Job Description

The Business of Fashion is seeking a Senior Marketing Associate, B2B Audiences to create, execute and optimise cross-channel marketing campaigns targeting senior professionals in the global fashion, luxury and beauty industries. Working across our BoF Professional, BoF Executive and BoF Insights propositions, in close collaboration with the business development, customer success and product teams, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a small growth marketing team, with the overall goal of growing B2B revenue., As a key member of the growth marketing team, you will be directly responsible for creating, executing and optimising marketing communications and sales collateral across each stage of the B2B decision-maker journey. In being successful in this role, you will drive:

  • Campaign Management: Oversee end-to-end marketing campaigns designed to align with commercial objectives for BoF Professional B2B, BoF Executive and BoF Insights. This includes planning, execution, monitoring, and performance evaluation.

  • Channel Management: Utilise owned and external channels to increase awareness and engagement, with a focus on lead acquisition and nurturing through on-site messaging and email.

  • Lead generation: Work closely with the business development team to establish lead generation strategies from within our own ecosystem and external channels.

  • Sales Support: Review and optimise all associated sales collateral, ensuring a clear and compelling presentation of the sales proposition.

  • Event Coordination: Support the Marketing Manager in the marketing of all related B2B in-person events.

  • Reporting: Track and report performance metrics and propose opportunities for improvement.

  • Content optimisation: Help to proofread and review all marketing materials as needed, including wider campaigns managed across the growth marketing team, to ensure clarity, correctness and consistency with brand guidelines., All campaigns are executed on time, in line with brand standards

  • Key campaign and lead metrics are consistently reported, and improving

  • We have a pipeline of high-quality leads, which are effectively tracked and nurtured

  • You are collaborating effectively with the business development team, and they feel well supported

  • The wider growth marketing team can rely on you to help them deliver against key priorities

  • You proactively optimise processes to enable you to take on wider responsibilities

    Organised and adept at juggling priorities to meet tight deadlines, you will need to have experience of building, executing and reporting on marketing and lead generation campaigns, ideally targeting senior, decision-making audiences. Experience of working with Salesforce or Braze would be an added bonus.


  • You won't need experience in fashion, but will have a passion for B2B marketing, combined with the following skills to set you up for success:
  • Good understanding of the profile, needs and wants of professionals working in or adjacent to the fashion, luxury and beauty industries, particularly senior professionals and decision-makers.

  • Proven experience of building effective lead generation and lead nurturing campaigns

  • Proficiency in digital marketing, particularly email marketing, lifecycle marketing and customer journey optimisation.

  • The ability to independently build and execute cross-channel marketing campaigns

  • A good understanding of the role of customer segmentation and content marketing in driving B2B leads and membership sales

  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.

  • Strong analytical skills, including hands-on experience of reporting campaign performance, with the ability to interpret data and metrics to make informed decisions.

  • A good understanding of effective campaign creative and how to create clear creative briefs

  • Excellent written English and confident copywriting skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail and proofreading skills

  • Highly effective stakeholder management skills
