Full Job Description
We are looking for two Senior HR Business Partners to join our People team, based at Daylesford farm in the Cotswolds.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support senior managers to create solutions to people challenges
- Partnering with managers and stakeholders at all levels to assist with employee relation cases; probation, investigation & disciplinary, grievance, absence management, TUPE etc
- Manage internal payroll process and annual pay review/bonus administration, be the point of escalation for resolution within the team
- Own exit interviews for your area and report insights
- NMW compliance and reporting
- Manage family leave; maternity/paternity/SPL/adoption leave
- Monthly turnover dashboard reporting
- Gender pay gap reporting
- Review and refresh policies in line with employment law updates and provide guidance to teams
- Identify gaps/areas for improvement in HR processes and suggest action to rectify
- Oversee key aspects of the annual HR cycle for your business area
Ability to work autonomously - CIPD 5 or above (or equivalent)
- Thorough knowledge of employer/employee legislation
- Proven experience working at a Business Partner level
- You are a commercial and pragmatic partner to the business and have worked in different and challenging environments
- Excellent people management skills
- Analytical mindset and goal oriented
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
- Full understanding of all HR function best practice
