Role Overview: As a Saturday Sales Support and Viewing Guide, you will play a pivotal role in both showcasing properties to potential buyers and providing crucial administrative support to our office team. This hybrid role offers variety and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our clients' experiences.,
- Conducting property viewings on Saturdays and providing information to potential buyers.
- Greeting clients and visitors to the office, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Acting as a liaison between buyers and vendors and facilitating communication.
- Providing valuable feedback to vendors following property viewings.
- Assisting with administrative tasks related to property viewings as needed. Answering phone calls, managing emails and maintaining our database.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour. - A genuine passion for property and helping clients find their dream homes.
- Availability to work every Saturday and occasional flexibility during the week for holiday cover would be beneficial.
- Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in customer service, administration, or estate agency is preferred but not essential.
- Valid UK driving licence and own car with business insurance.
