Sales Coordinator / Personal Assistant to MD

Due to rapid growth we are now looking for an excellent multi-tasking Full Time Sales Coordinator/PA to MD to assist the busy sales department based in Chatham, Kent.

Previous experience within customer service, office administration and sales processing would be highly advantageous, along with experience in managing various ongoing projects.

You will work within a friendly, fast-paced organisation, processing finance-based administrative tasks and liaising with customers and suppliers; delivering good service whilst providing general administrative support to our busy Sales department.

Responsibilities will include:

• Sales administration - assisting with quotations, inputting sales orders into CRM, raising PO (with Parts Dept) and liaising with suppliers, monitoring costs (with Finance Dept)



• Answer incoming calls and handle enquiries. Ensure messages are passed onto relevant person/dept



• Ensure customers are kept up to date



• Assist the MD and ease his ever growing paperwork burden
  
  Must be a good multi-tasker. Able to push back when required.



• Good Time management and communication skills, both written and verbal.



• You will need to be confident and be able to demonstrate good organisation and administration skills



• Good IT skills and experience in using Microsoft office, Word and Excel. We use Protean (CRM), knowledge of this would be a big bonus, but not essential as training will be provided, How many years of Sales Coordinator/Administrator experience do you have?
