Refrigeration Engineer

· To be part of the wider engineer team maintaining the factories facilities and production.

· Respond to breakdowns and emergency situations, diagnose, and rectify faults. Plus, and carrying out effective hands-on maintenance and repairs.

· Complete 'route- cause' analysis and problem-solving techniques to maximize the efficiency and safety of the site plant and equipment.

· Advise on plant and equipment improvements which contribute towards, health and safety and /or technical corrective actions.

· Carry out Risk Assessments and implement safe systems of work, ensuring compliance within health, safety and environmental regulations and codes.

· Support projects and maintenance activities, assisting in planning work, to avoid disrupting production.

· Carry out f-gas compliance checks and keep f-gas compliance records up to date.

· Any other duties that may be required to help in the engineering team.

Langage Farm are looking to employ a refrigeration engineer. You will be part of the overall engineering team, you will be assisting in the production areas. You will have an electrical recognized certificate and be able to problem solve and analyze issues as they are raised. Support production with breakdowns, and be a team player who is self-motivated.

Essential

· Time served in a recognized apprenticeship.

· F- gas certified or will be willing to work towards this.

· Naturally enthusiastic and lead by example.

· Professional and proactive work ethic.

· Excellent problem solving and analyzing.

· Good standard of written and oral communication in English.

· Knowledge of lean manufacturing practices and continue improvements.

Schedule: 40 hours a week excluding 30 minutes a day for lunch. Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30 pm.
