Paint Sprayer

Reporting to the Production Manager, the role will support the overall business strategy of the company to produce quality coatings, to the highest standard, for all clients.,

• Great quality of preparation and application skills that are consistent throughout the process.


• Competent and effective use of PPE as well as compliance with Health and Safety and Environmental regulations


• Using knowledge and initiative to ensure the most appropriate paint types are used


• Maintain own workspace to Company housekeeping standards


• Understanding the needs of our customers, keeping them in mind when taking action


• Contribute to team discussions to ensure the smooth running of the facility


• Develop and maintain working relationships with colleagues, the client base and the manufacturers


• Adherence to the Company Values
  
  Skills and Capabilities: Experience of using single pack, 2 pack paints using a pressure fed spray gun and airless spray pump.


• Understanding of and adherence to Health & Safety & Environmental legislation including COSHH requirements


• Be organised, systematic and resilient approach to work


• Ability to work effectively within production schedule' time allowances


• Demonstrate a strong attention to detail with regards to high-quality paint preparation and the application of approved paint products according to manufacturer's specifications


• Effective communication skills and team player


Previous experience as a Paint Technician with a minimum 2 years' experience
