We are seeking a skilled Operating Theatre Practitioner to join our healthcare team. As an Operating Department Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in assisting during surgical procedures and ensuring the safety and well-being of patients., Prepare the operating theatre and equipment for surgical procedures
- Assist surgeons and anaesthetists during operations
- Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to any changes
- Provide patient care before, during, and after surgery
- Ensure all instruments are sterilised and ready for use
- Maintain a safe and sterile environment in the operating theatre

Diploma or degree in Operating Department Practice
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology
- Excellent patient care skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Good communication and teamwork skills

You'll provide high standards of skilled care and support during each phase of a patient's perioperative care - anaesthetic, surgery and recovery. You'll work in the surgery team and manage the preparation of the operating theatres. You'll also be the the link between the surgical team and other parts of the operating theatre and hospital.
