Full Job Description
The Deputy Manager should assist the Nursery Manager to deliver management of the nursery, maintain the highest standards of childcare in the setting, provide leadership, training, mentorship and development to the nursery staff team.
- Nursery management experience / childcare leadership experience
- Minimum full and relevant LEVEL 3 in Early Years and Education
- Paediatric First Aid preferred but not essential as appropriate training will be given.
- DSL (preferred)
- A customer service approach, willing to go above and beyond for families
- A strong record of on-going training and/or professional qualifications
- Able to lead by example, providing the highest quality childcare, whilst providing support and leadership to the staff team
