Full Job Description

The Ignition Technology Marketing team is looking for a Marketing Administrator to join us in the UK & Ireland. We are a leading value-added distributor that brings fast-growing and innovative SaaS and Cloud cybersecurity solutions to market. In this role, you will report into the Marketing Director and will support with the delivery and execution of vendor marketing campaigns as well as the completion of day-to-day administrative tasks.

You'll need to have excellent planning, project management, and communication skills. You'll demonstrate aptitude for working with marketing teams to deliver integrated campaigns and initiatives through the various routes to market.

  • As the Marketing Administrator, you will:
  • Provide marketing and communication support for marketing, vendor managers and sales teams.

  • Follow-up all procedures and management of marketing campaigns' budget: requests, invoicing and claim.

  • Collaborate with different suppliers and partners.

  • Create reports, update trackers and calendars

  • Create content for social media, eDMs, newsletters, and other marketing collateral.

  • Create eDMs, newsletters and email campaigns by using a dedicated marketing automation tool.

  • Update company website and other digital assets when necessary.

  • Support in webinars and events organisation.

  • Marketing database operations: upload, download, sanity check.

  • Stock control of all promotional and branded items and giveaways

    Demonstrated ability to create marketing assets and deliver some tactics of an integrated marketing campaigns against business objectives.

  • Solid project management, planning, and organisational skills with attention to detail

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; ability to develop relationships and communicate with all levels of the organisation

  • Proficiency in MS365 - Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word

  • Experience with Adobe CC Suite (Id,Ps), Canva, HubSpot, Salesforce, WordPress is a plus

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
