Full Job Description

You will liaise with our product designers and project managers to understand the needs of our clients, and work with the team to translate those requirements into new product features that delight our users., Lead and mentor a team of front-end developers, providing guidance and support in technical matters and best practices. Write well-structured, maintainable code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular. Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to implement design concepts into functional user interfaces. Develop and maintain modular, reusable front-end components to streamline development processes. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimise front end performance for maximum speed and scalability. Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in front end development, and advocate for their adoption where appropriate.

We are the official research support team to the NHS Benchmarking Network and support 300+ healthcare organisations across the UK in meeting the challenges and opportunities of the NHS Long Term Plan. In addition, we facilitate two national audits - the National Audit for Care at the End of Life (NACEL) and the Cardiovascular Disease Prevention Audit (CVDPREVENT) - and use our unique and comprehensive data sets, especially in the area of mental health, to support strategic decision-making and allocation of resources across the UK healthcare system.
