Full Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated HR Administrator to join our team at KP Snacks in the HR department. As an HR Administrator, you will play a key role in digitising our records from its physical state cross referencing and updating our employment records.
What will you be doing?
- Moving documents from a physical state to a digital state
- Ensuring the documents are cross referenced and updating digital fields
- Updating employment records
- High level of attention to detail
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems
- Proven experience in a HR administrative position (preferred) or taking a HR qualification as this would be a fantastic opportunity for work experience
- Knowledge of HR processes and best practices (preferred)
- Excellent computer skills and competent in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Attention to detail is a must
- Flexible and willing to learn
- Professional and approachable manner
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
