Hire Controller

· Taking in-bound enquiries regarding Shredder and Crusher hires via phone, email and online enquiries

· Be able to offer advice and troubleshoot any common faults that may occur while on hire

· Sending out hire agreements and credit accounts

· Completing credit checks on the company and establishing credit limits

· Arranging the logistics of the collection and delivery of machines liaising directly with the transport division

· Organise engineers should a machine require any maintenance works while on hire

· Organising machine rebuilds, servicing and maintenance to keep the fleet in top condition

· Complete on and off hire checks using our inhouse online system

· Track all damage that needs to be counter charged to customers post hire

· Seek out possible leads for shredder and crusher hire

· Ensure on hire maintenance checks are completed daily by customers using our online QR code system

· Accepting phone calls out of hours at points to ensure maximum customer satisfaction

· Excellent communication skills

LC International Ltd are looking to hire an experienced Hire Controller to join the Plant Hire Team.

We are the UK's largest owner of Arjes 250 Impaktor Shredders as well as a Powerscreen Metrotrak. These machines are our impressive hire fleet and are available to the industry on short and long term hires.

The hire department of LC International is busy with lots of moving parts which is why we need an experienced Hire Controller to take over the department and organise it in a successful, profitable fashion.
