General Manager

As General Manager of Tayu Pan Asian Bar & Restaurant you will be responsible for the day to day operation and drive the brand forward with maximum enthusiasm and direction. As a newly opened quality venue, we strive to deliver an excellent and memorable experience for every single one of our guests. As our new GM you will take utmost pride in what we do and ensure ever team member has the same passion toward our customers.

Your tasks will include but will not be limited to:

Analyse restaurant and bar sales levels and profitability, and with the Bar Manager create and implement strategic plans to achieve sales goals.

Have a complete understanding of budget

Have strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of financial management, cost control, and revenue generation.

Have excellent industry knowledge

Develop and implement marketing strategies to maximize restaurant & bar revenues.

To offer strong leadership, mentoring, and guidance to your team..

Ensure the rota for your team is delivered on time and within labour costs.

Manage and provide direction to all employees on the floor during shifts and events.

Be forward thinking and innovative when it comes to ways of working and best practice.

EXPERIENCE

Extensive experience at GM level working within a high end, premium restaurant setting

Proven commerical awareness of the industry, market trends, and innovations and how this impacts financially.,

• Hospitality: 4 years (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)

Pay: £37,000.00-£46,000.00 per year
