An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Education Health Care Team to gain a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship with West Northamptonshire Council.

You may not have experience in an administrative role, or have experience in the public sector, but you will be able to demonstrate your willingness to learn and be driven to deliver a good service.

This is a full time fixed-term post for an initial period of 12 months and is a fantastic way to begin a career in local government.

What will you be doing?

You will be supporting the EHC Officers, EHC Caseworkers and Locality Team Leader to carry out the EHC administration surrounding the statutory assessment process and maintaining of the EHC plans. This will include using Capita ONE case management system for which full training will be given.

You will have the opportunity to work towards a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration. The post is for 37 hours per week (30 working hours, with 20% study time per week).

We will support you with time off the job for your studies and your salary will be 70% of the full time EHC Locality Administrator post., We offer a wide range of benefits to our employees, these include:
