Full Job Description

We are looking for 3 Debt Recovery Agents to deal with the outstanding debt and action the debt recovery processes. 2 x in our Debt streams and 1 in our payments and invoicing stream.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for a subset of:
• Collection of unpaid levies or fines outstanding in line the Debt Recovery processes including inbound and outbound calling.
• Resolution of debtor queries received through various channels (Calls, Emails and Letters) within SLA (Service Level Agreement).
• Financial hardship requests and payment plans.
• Reviews of cases and any associated write offs.
• Payments, reconciliations, and banking processes., Current employees in their first 12 months of employment who want to apply for this vacancy should first contact their line manager to discuss their application.

• Knowledge and experience of working in Debt Recovery
• Experience of dealing with inbound and outbound calls in Debt Recovery
• Excel experience to an advanced level
Essential criteria for 1 x Permanent in Payments Stream
• Experience of invoicing and banking processes as well as bank reconciliations
• Experience of dealing with inbound and outbound calls in a Debt Recovery function
• Excel experience to an advanced level
• Experience of Sage or equivalent accounting system
• Proficient user of Microsoft applications
