Counter Staff

Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide recommendations and upsell menu items
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Prepare food items such as sandwiches, salads, and beverages
- Ensure food safety standards are followed during food preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area
- Assist with kitchen duties as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Counter Staff to join our team. As a Counter Staff member, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment., Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic math skills for cash handling
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and food preparation is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
