Commis Chef

Reports to: Head Chef / Sous Chefs / Executive Head Chef, As Commis Chef you will work a variety of sections in all kitchens, helping prepare ingredients and cleaning different and new cooking technics including breakfast, lunch and dinner.

• Demonstrate you are willing to learn and help in all kitchen departments, including putting stock away.


• Assist in maintaining high levels of hygiene and health safety


• Knowledge of standard procedures and policies pertaining to food preparation, receiving, storage sanitation


• Ensure high levels of food standards are achieved.


• Positive and flexible attitude towards the working environment
