Full Job Description

Location: Office-Based in our Birmingham Office

Working alongside the Operations Business Support Team Leaders and the wider Operations Business Support Team, this role will be responsible for the delivery of printing services. This will be achieved through the running of a fast paced and reliable Print Room, ensuring that all outgoing documents are printed to a high standard and in accordance with Alzheimer's Society brand guidelines.

The post will play a pivotal role in ensuring that people affected by dementia receive timely and professional communications from the services they access and that Alzheimer's Society events and groups have all necessary publications required to promote and conduct their services. The role will also be responsible for the timely digitisation of paper records to enable effective archiving of Society data in line with information governance standards and data protection legislation.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that Alzheimer's Society staff and people affected by dementia have access to requested resources in a timely manner and to the highest standard.

- Work well under pressure and independently.
- Be confident in using Microsoft 365 applications, specifically MS Teams, Outlook and Word.
- Have previous experience of working in a print room would be advantageous but not essential as training will be provided.
- Possess the ability to prioritise work and meet tight deadlines.
