Full Job Description
- Ensure the restaurant & stations are set in order to provide our standards of service.
- Ensuring detailed knowledge & understanding of all menus
- Engage with guests, taking orders and serving food & drink to deliver exceptional guest experience.
- Make drinks according to company specs.
- End of service Cleaning.
We are looking for a Customer Service Team member experienced and passionate about both Barista & Server roles to join our core crew who is motivated to deliver an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced, casual and quirky environment. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, be passionate about food and drink and want to be part of a small, supportive & collaborative group of hospitality professionals who are continuously looking to improve. Guest Experience is at the heart of what we do, so we are looking for someone who can communicate effectively, enjoys working in a busy environment and is willing to improve with us. Saturday shifts are a requirement with 2 Friday Evenings per month. We are closed Sundays & Mondays., A desire to develop and grow in your role. - The confidence and ability to engage with others.
- A passion for food and drink and to delivery genuine hospitality.
- Positive outlook with empathy & understanding towards their colleagues & guests.
- A Keen eye for details on the fly.
- Previous experience as a Barista or Waiter/Waitress in a fast paced quality setting
