Full Job Description

The Admissions Officer is responsible for handling all admissions enquiries, ensuring accurate data management, and providing exceptional customer service to prospective students, agents, sponsors, and parents. The role involves utilizing Zoho CRM for communication and task management, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with various departments to facilitate the admissions process effectively., 1. Respond promptly to admissions enquiries received via email or from the Front Desk.

2. Manage the main email account and ensure timely responses to all enquiries.

3. Ensure accurate completion of application forms by prospective/new students.

4. Utilize Zoho CRM for calls, emails, tasks, and data management.

5. Maintain updated records of all students in Zoho CRM, MDA Portal, and tracking spreadsheets.

6. Organize and store student documents in Google Drive and attach them to corresponding CRM profiles.

- Documents include passports/ID, visas, photos, and exam certificates.

7. Issue letters of acceptance, chase financial guarantees, and send invoices to relevant parties.

8. Monitor enquiry tracking and follow-up activities to maximize enrolments.

9. Serve as the primary point of contact for agents, sponsors, and parents, delivering exceptional customer care.

10. Collaborate with the Business Manager to manage admissions-related finances and ensure accurate reporting.

11. Communicate effectively with agencies to request and track commission fees.

12. Attend and contribute to weekly meetings, providing insights on enrolment trends, enquiry quality, and data analysis.

13. Present admissions-related information on the smartboard, including student numbers and active enquiries.

14. Act as the key contact for the Business Manager and Welfare Coordinator.

15. Inform the Welfare Coordinator about confirmed prospective students for necessary preparations.

16. Provide feedback to agents, sponsors, and parents on student progress.

17. Gather and relay feedback from agents, sponsors, and parents to the school.

18. Contribute to updating the school's social media and newsletter with relevant admissions content., In this role, the Admissions Officer plays a critical part in the smooth functioning of inlingua Leeds, contributing to student enrolments and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred)

- Experience in admissions, customer service, or education sector

- Proficiency in CRM systems and office software

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to manage tasks efficiently and prioritize workload

- Attention to detail and organizational skills

- Capability to work collaboratively in a team environment
