Full Job Description

An opportunity has arisen for an administration manager to join the healthcare team at HMP Haverigg!, The post holder will provide comprehensive administration and information services within the Prison Healthcare Department.
+ You will work as team leader of the administration team to provide high quality clerical, administrative and reception duties for both physical and substance misuse services.
+ Provide excellent administration and communication skills and work flexibly in response to the service needs.
+ Provide day to day support to the physical and substance misuse clinical teams, supporting them in the delivery of a Gold Standard level of patient care.
+ Be responsible for all aspects of administrative support, including co- ordinating healthcare appointments for patients internally and externally, liaising on a daily basis with external providers.
+ Collating statistical information as directed by the Business Support Manager for the Performance Management Team., We're looking for passionate individuals to join our diverse and innovative team.
