2 X Support Worker

I am looking for 2 X support workers to support my 7-year-old son on a 2:1 ratio for 4 hours per week on a Saturday or Sunday. He enjoys being outdoors, trampoline parks and gardening. The young boy is autistic and nonverbal.

As this child's support worker, you will work alongside the employer (Parent) following her guidance and direction until such time that the child's confidence and trust is gained.

Health & Safety

You have a responsibility as an Employee to report all accidents to the employer (Parent) immediately.

Driver will full driving licence.

Be patient and supportive.

Be friendly and outgoing.

Be honest, reliable, and trustworthy.

Be respectful of the employer's dignity, at all times.

Understand the need for privacy and confidentiality.

You should have a thorough understanding of personal safety.

Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.

A willingness to undergo any training highlighted by the employer.

You should have some knowledge and understanding of risks.
